We stayed for a week with my children and 6 grandchildren ages 2-14. Everyone loved the spaciousness of the house and the ability to be all together for dinners and game nights.
The pool was enjoyed by all and the daily walk to the beach was quick and easy. The beach was not crowded like other tourist places and the kids loved the sand and waves.
Billy was very quick to respond to any questions we had. He and his wife thought of every detail to make the stay in their beautiful home easy and most enjoyable.
It was our first visit to Virginia Beach and we definitely will be back and hopefully stay at Will-Sea. Unfortunately we did have some days of rain and tornado warnings thanks to Hurricane Debby showing her face. Because of your lovely home we still had a great time. Thank you.

Billy and Johanna made the check in process smooth, replied to any questions or needs we had immediately, referred us to some great places while in town, and had all the little things available in the house so we didn’t have to spend a fortune on things at the grocery store. We were able to unpack and hit the beach! We hope to have the opportunity to rent from them again!

Billy and Johanna are excellent hosts and the house is absolutely perfect for families looking for a beach week or weekend away! The house has two working kitchens, two laundry rooms and plenty of dining and lounge seating. We had 12 people staying and no one felt crowded or on top of one another. The pool is perfect for lounging and the house is minutes from what feels like a private beach, just about a mile from the main drag. Area is quiet but fun and there are tons of family friendly activities close by. Highly recommend!

Will Sea is a great family beach house. Very clean and well maintained. A short walk to the beach and use of beach equipment and bicycles is a big plus. Our family loved the pool.
The owners are extremely accommodating and responsive to any questions or needs you might experience. They are very welcoming, from a note on a welcome board as you enter to a lovely goodie basket that we enjoyed. Billy and Joanna make every effort to insure your stay is enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Billy and Johanna's house was beautiful! The space is open and inviting, great for a large group of people and still have enough room to separate a bit with the upstairs and downstairs kitchen and living rooms. Will certainly recommend Billy as he is very quick to respond and was a great host!

Enjoyed a great week of relaxation !! Accommodations were great and Billy responded very quickly when one of the little ones locked the door 🤪. Would rent this property again as it was a quick 2 min walk to the beach and 15 min walk to the boardwalk. Thank you!!

Definitely had a great time. Love the house... allows the kids to have their own space. Pool is nice, even if it was a bit cold, maybe come earlier next year, kids enjoyed it anyway... but will definitely come here again.

The house and owners were great! Every little thing we needed, they had. Hand soap, dish soap, makeup wipes, plenty of towels, laundry soap, etc. The location was very close to the beach and just a short walk. Billy was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. House was very spacious and we loved the 2 different kitchens.

This is a great house, in a great location. While being close to the boardwalk, down town, and the beach (1 1/2 blocks ) it was quiet and relaxing. Some family members were concerned about noise from the Naval Air Station. While there was a fair amount of air traffic during the day, it was not bad. After the first day it became background noise. Realizing the flights are for training pilots protecting our rights and freedom, makes you proud.
Billy and Johanna were great hosts, and were very responsive to all messages. We would gladly stay at this house in the future. Thank you for a great time.

I stayed at Will Sea with my four siblings, our spouses, children (ages 2, 4, 5, 6, 12, & 14) and our mom. We had an awesome time! The house is beautiful and spacious, the amenities are fantastic, the pool was clean, and the location to the beach perfect! The owners were extremely pleasant, responsive, and accommodating. I have nothing negative to say about Will Sea. I hope to be back!
