Atlantic Park is a new oceanfront development in Virginia Beach featuring a Wavegarden cove Surf Lagoon, the first of its kind in North America. The park is a large entertainment complex that includes a 2.67-acre surf lagoon, a live music venue (The Dome, led by Pharrell Williams), retail, restaurants, lodging, apartments, and other amenities. The wave pool can generate up to 1,000 waves per hour, ranging from 1 to 6 feet high, with customizable wave types like barrels and airs.
